1. Acceptance

By using RepurposeAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

RepurposeAI is a software-as-a-service tool that converts long-form content such as videos, articles, and transcripts into short-form content pieces. We may update features and limits from time to time.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use RepurposeAI to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Upload content you do not have rights to use.
• Abuse the service, circumvent usage limits, or interfere with our systems.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell access to the platform.

5. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Fees are charged in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings or through the Stripe billing portal. We may change pricing with notice.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you input and the outputs generated for you. We retain all rights to the RepurposeAI software, brand, and underlying technology.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or suspend access for security or legal reasons.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or extended non-payment. You may cancel your account at any time through the Settings page.

9. Limitation of liability

RepurposeAI is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or zero if you use the free plan.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden, where applicable.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
